Operating in almost every major city in Australia First Class Valet is Australia’s largest valet company.
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Valet Manager to join our Adelaide Airport team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be representing First Class Valet (FCV) and our client on-site managing the driveway, leading your team, and servicing the client relationship day to day.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and airport stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly. from briefing the team before each shift, to attending client meetings, managing incident reporting, and ensuring every passenger arrives and leaves with a great first and last experience at Australia’s Favourite Airport, Adelaide Airport.
The position will include but not limited to the following:
- Leading a large and dynamic team
- Possess exceptional people skills, a can-do attitude
- Rostering team in a moving roster that includes special events
- Training new and existing employees
- Comfortable with liaising with the client and management
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Refining Standard Operating Procedures as needed
- Willing to go above and beyond for each customer, making a difference to their experience

- Ensure you are well presented, confident, & self-motivated
- To maintain a safe, tidy and orderly work environment at all times
- To observe and provide feedback on considerations on each site assigned
- To ensure that all projects on site are managed in an industry safe and sound manner observing all legal safety requirements as well as the company’s WHSE&Q policies
- To ensure that all dealings with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders are undertaken with the highest degree of pride, consideration and workmanship to uphold the company’s brand and reputation within the marketplace
- To comply with Management expectations with regard to profitability and job execution on assigned projects
- Daily reports to project manager and operations director on progress and planning i.e. next days work
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager regarding the overall site operations
- Participate in reviewing the program on a daily basis with the Operations Manager
- Ensure all aspects of the site and work to be completed is consistent with the agreed Safety Plan
- Carry out site safety inductions
- Ensure that appropriate uniform is worn at all times by all employees, subcontractors and visitors to each site
- Ensure the site is kept in a neat and tidy condition and employee amenities are clean, stocked and hygienic at all times
- Initiate, control and check at regular intervals
- Hold regular briefing meetings on site to prepare the team prior to their shifts
- Regularly assess performance of each team member to give constructive feedback to themselves and the Operations Manager
- Advise the Operations Manager on any non-conformance
- Ensure that materials are efficiently and securely stored on site to minimise double handling, theft and a clean site

- Previous driveway management and/or concierge experience, ideally in the airport or hospitality industries

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays
To be considered for the Valet Supervisor position, you must possess the following:
- Previous experience managing a team of 10+ members
- Immaculately presented
- Must be comfortable with creating and reading reports
