About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be trusted with important administrative and operational responsibilities that directly impact service delivery across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the central inbox, responding to emails and phone enquiries
  • Scheduling jobs, coordinating service requests, managing client changes and staff rosters
  • Picking and packing operational supplies
  • Organising travel arrangements for team members
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support

This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

-Over 5 years of experience in operations and administrative roles, managing workflows, calendars, and operational support.

-More than 5 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service across diverse industries

-Completed High School Certificate (HSC).

-Demonstrated strength in organisation and time management, with the ability to handle competing priorities efficiently.

-Extensive experience in both verbal and written communication, enhancing customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

-Experience in a health and medical industry advantageous but not essential.

-Experience working with IT systems and software, and various scheduling and CRM platforms.
