Fire Service Plus – Illawarra Region

Fire Service Plus is currently seeking an experienced and organised Service Scheduler / Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in scheduling and coordinating field technicians who can confidently manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced service environment.

About the Role

As our Service Scheduler / Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our technicians are efficiently scheduled and our clients receive exceptional service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate workloads for 15+ field technicians
  • Confirm appointments and maintain daily schedules
  • Communicate with clients regarding bookings, attendance times, and job completion updates
  • Liaise with Service Managers and Team Leaders regarding scheduling requirements and operational matters
  • Ensure service jobs are completed and closed out efficiently
  • Manage service-related email communications and general administration tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in scheduling, service coordination, or administration within a trade or service-based industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confident computer skills and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
