Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide general housekeeping support and asistance to individuals in need within their own home. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy and the ability to provide services with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:

assist clients with aspects of daily living, such as housekeeping tasks
provide companionship and support to clients
help clients maitain independence while ensuring their safety
communicate effectively with clients, families and carers

Qualifications:

high school or equivalent
previous experience in caregiving or home care
valid driver’s licence
reliable, insured vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
First Aid certificate is desirable

Skills required:

excellent communication skills
ability to work independently
basic knowledge of home care services
reliability

32.74 AUD – 33.82 AUD (Hour)
