The opportunity

As the first friendly face our clients meet, you’ll play a key role in turning their ideas into reality. From your initial greeting to walking customers through the latest in cabinetry, finishes, and fittings, your energy and eye for design will help guide each client’s unique vision.

This is more than just a sales role – it’s about building genuine connections, sparking creativity, and providing an inspiring, professional experience every step of the way.

What you’ll be doing

  • Offering expert advice on our premium product ranges, finishes, and services
  • Conducting showroom tours and initial project discussions to understand client needs
  • Booking clients for designer consultations and site measures
  • Collaborating with our design team to support smooth project handovers
  • Staying ahead of the curve on design trends, new products, and industry updates
  • Maintaining the showroom to ensure it remains fresh, polished, and inspiring
  • Managing daily administration, including phone inquiries, emails, and sample orders
  • Generating high-quality leads through genuine, helpful conversations

What we’re looking for

  • A natural “people person” with exceptional customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for interior, kitchen, or cabinetry design
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • A well-presented, reliable professional who thrives in a team environment
  • Comfort using basic administrative tools and customer support systems
  • This is a part-time role 3 to 4 days per week including Saturdays (we are flexible on the choice of 3 or 4 days)

Exceptional candidates will also have

  • Prior retail or showroom sales experience
  • Familiarity with reading or interpreting builder plans
  • The ability to confidently discuss cabinetry components and fittings
