Due to continued internal growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our KT3 team in Lonsdale.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to take ownership of the Colourboard Machine Shop team within our KT3 production facility. You’ll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive team environment.
Working closely with production teams and leadership, you will help ensure operations run efficiently while continuing to support a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Oversee daily production activities to achieve quality, safety, and output targets
- Coordinate workflow and allocate resources effectively
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of workplace safety and product quality
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
About You
You are a proactive and confident leader who enjoys developing people and creating efficient, high-performing teams.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience within manufacturing or production
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
- The ability to motivate and engage team members
- Cabinetmaking and machine operation experience (highly regarded)
