The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and hard-working individuals with a passion for quality and an eye for detail to join our close-knit installation team. Thanks to our strong market presence and consistent pipeline of work, Farquhar Kitchens is expanding its permanent, full-time team.
Mainly focused on residential detached housing, our projects range from multi-faceted home renovations and affordable medium-density housing to premium, architecturally designed homes. This diversity allows our installers the unique opportunity to work on projects best aligned with their specific skills, experience, and preferred work style.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or Carpentry.
- A comprehensive understanding of the kitchen installation process.
- A strong work ethic, personal integrity, team spirit, and pride in craftsmanship.
- Excellent time management skills and the agility to adapt to dynamic on-site schedules.
Practical, efficient, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to accurately read and interpret technical layout drawings.
- Strong communication skills to engage professionally with key stakeholders while remaining calm under pressure.
- An open mindset—receptive to constructive feedback and eager to learn new installation methods and techniques.
