The opportunity

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our Administrative team based at Cumberland Park. You will be working full time carrying out business administration duties while completing your Certificate III in Business Administration, a nationally recognised qualification.

This is an entry level role and would be suited to school leavers and those wishing to pursue a career in Administration. 

Typical duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to various departments throughout the group. Including but not limited to;
    • Customer service communications
    • Contract close-out and reconciliation
    • Archiving and system data integrity
    • Mailbox triage
    • Purchasing support
    • Scheduling and coordination support
    • Equipment and stationary upkeep and general office administration

What we are looking for

Ideally you will have:

  • Good computer skills in the areas of Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage your time effectively
  • A passion for customer service
  • A genuine desire to complete a business administration traineeship

While being aligned chiefly with Customer Service, in this role you will be exposed to a multitude of different functions within the business; from sales and design, planning and purchasing, through to logistics and trades. This unique opportunity provides a stimulating work experience while honing your professional skills and setting a solid foundation for your career ahead.    

Once you have completed your 12 month traineeship you will have the opportunity to further develop in other areas of the business. We employ 300 team members across several sites in Adelaide and Brisbane.
