The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Mobilisation & Operations Coordinator to provide critical support to our Operational Teams across the Major Contracts Portfolio. This role spans multiple sites and environments, with no two days the same. You will coordinate team mobilisation, manage certifications, training and compliance, oversee onboarding and rostering, and deliver operational support to the Client Services Manager and General Manager of Major Contracts.

Based in our Applecross Headquarters, you will join the Major Contracts team, playing a key role in supporting our people throughout their journey with the organisation and making a meaningful impact on both our culture and service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Deploy team members and resources to meet client demands efficiently and effectively
- Support the onboarding and recruitment process through to ongoing compliance, from interview coordination to ensuring all mandatory certifications and licences are obtained.
- Manage operational logistics, including provision of PPE, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Ensuring rostering coverage is proactively managed to meet client demands. Approve leave, track absences, and maintain operational records.
- Prepare reports and analyse operational data to inform decision making for CSM and GM Major Contracts.
- Collaborate across departments and maintain strong client and internal relationships.
- Assist with training management and ensure staff maintain required competencies.
Skills & Attributes
- Experience in mobilisation, operations, or related administrative roles.
- RTO experience or strong understanding of training management highly desirable.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills; able to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service focus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Planner, Word, Excel
- Rostering software experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of WHS, policies, and procedures.
