Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The Cleaning Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and working to the best of their abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleaning operations in the organization, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard
  • Manage a team of cleaners, providing training, motivation, and support as required
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are well-maintained and replaced as required
  • Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
  • Respond to cleaning emergencies and requests for additional cleaning services as required
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies, and prepare reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies

    Additional information

    Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm, hours may vary due to business needs.

    This is a full-time role, and we require that applicants are either Australian Citizens or have a valid visa and are eligible to work in Australia.
