This role is for people who want variety, exposure and complexity, not narrow experience in one practice area. It is for someone who wants to build real capability in human resources, industrial relations and payroll assurance, with coaching from recognised leading industry experts.

 

You will be involved in:

  • Drafting of employment agreements and policies
  • Case research, case preparation and other advocacy support
  • Interpretation of legislation, Awards and Enterprise agreements
  • Payroll audit and assurance
  • Workplace investigations
  • Provision of advice in relation to performance and development, discipline and dismissal
  • Organisational restructuring
  • Enterprise bargaining
  • Conflict management
  • Employee engagement and cultural reviews

 

This role suits someone who:

  • Has completed (or is close to completing) a degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business or related field
  • Is curious, analytical, enjoys problem-solving and can communicate clearly
  • Wants exposure to a variety of work and industries
  • Is comfortable forming views and solutions, backed by research
  • Is open to a consulting career
