About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist who enjoys helping people, loves animals and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of the clinic and the care we provide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and patients
  • Managing appointments and schedules
  • Answering phones and responding to enquiries
  • Processing payments and managing accounts
  • Supporting client communication and follow-up
  • Assisting with the day-to-day flow of the clinic
  • Working closely with our veterinary and nursing teams

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous veterinary reception experience, or customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Loves building relationships with clients
  • Communicates with warmth, empathy and professionalism
  • Stays calm and organised in a busy environment
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Brings a positive attitude and sense of humour to work
  • Understands that every client and every pet deserves to feel genuinely cared for
