About the Role

This Territory Manager role is responsible for driving growth across South Brisbane to the Northern Rivers by building strong customer partnerships, identifying opportunities and converting them into commercial outcomes.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and consistent on-the-ground presence. You will work closely with customers across the territory, understanding their needs and ensuring Everhard remains their partner of choice.
What Success Looks Like
You will be accountable for:
- Customer retention and share of wallet expansion
- Revenue growth and margin performance across your territory
- Pipeline strength and conversion discipline
- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery outcomes through effective internal alignment
- Quality of forecasting and demand visibility into the business
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear territory growth plan
- Build strong relationships and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Maintain a structured call cycle and regular in-field customer visits
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to support strong customer outcomes and OTIF delivery
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional who can operate in a fast-paced and sometimes complex environment.
- Proven experience in territory-based sales (building products/manufacturing highly regarded)
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Resilient, self-motivated and outcomes-focused
