As we continue to evolve our operations, systems, and customer delivery capability, we are seeking a commercially minded and operationally strong S&OP Specialist Lead to lead and embed our sales & Operations Planning capability across the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, supply chain, manufacturing, customer demand, and business strategy.

You will become the central connector between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership ensuring the business can confidently plan, respond, and deliver in a fast-moving operational environment.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the S&OP rhythm

  • Own and drive the end-to-end monthly S&OP process
  • Align Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance around a single operational plan
  • Provide visibility of demand, capacity, inventory and operational risks

Drive smarter planning and decision-making

  • Improve forecasting accuracy and planning capability through data-driven insights
  • Translate demand trends into actionable production and supply plans
  • Support inventory optimisation, service performance and operational efficiency

Improve operational performance

  • Identify supply chain constraints, planning gaps and operational risks
  • Partner with leaders to solve problems before they impact customers
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and operational processes

Influence across the business

  • Act as the key link between commercial and operational teams
  • Present clear insights, recommendations and performance trends to leadership
  • Help build a more connected, accountable and customer-focused planning culture

 

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with operational influence and commercial thinking. You may currently be working as a:

  • S&OP Lead
  • Demand Planning Lead
  • Supply Chain Planning Lead
  • Production Planning Manager
  • Integrated Business Planning Specialist
  • Supply Chain Analyst ready to step into leadership

 

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain planning or manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or operational environments
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capability
  • ERP/MRP or planning systems experience – Netsuite is desirable
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational thinking
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Confidence working with data, ambiguity and operational complexity

Experience within manufacturing, industrial, plastics, construction products, FMCG or operational supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
