About the Role

Everhard Industries Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented, with solid forecasting and data analysis capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to improve forecast accuracy and support business planning outcomes. This role offers the option to work 4 or 5 days per week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain and update demand forecasts within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
  • Support inventory review processes, including ABC classification analysis and ongoing stock level optimisation
  • Monitor inventory positions and proactively identify and escalate risks related to overstock, stockouts, and supply constraints
  • Contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through preparation of demand inputs, reporting, and analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data across systems to support effective forecasting and inventory planning
  • Develop and produce regular reporting on demand trends, forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and key planning metrics
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and communicate planning updates and insights

What we’re looking for

  • 1-3 years’ experience in supply chain, planning or analyst role
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain principles
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with data and identify trends
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups; Power BI or similar is a bonus)
  • Ability to work with various stakeholder across operations, sales and supply chain
  • ERP system experience (NetSuite highly regarded)
  • Manufacturing environment experience highly regarded (plastics/concrete industry)
