About the Role
As a Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey—from initial enquiry to delivery and beyond. At Eurobodalla Toyota, we focus on building long-term relationships, not just one-off sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing customer enquiries both in-person and online
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Following a structured sales process from lead to delivery
- Working closely with Finance and After Sales teams to maximise customer outcomes
- Maintaining showroom and vehicle presentation standards
- Building product knowledge across Toyota and competitor brands
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time
About You
- A positive, driven “go-getter” attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Solid computer literacy
- Current driver’s license
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a bonus, not essential)
- Experience in Used Vehicle sales would be highly regarded
