People, Culture & Safety Administrator | Permanent Full-Time | Hybrid

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, People Culture & Safety, you will take ownership of the operational and systems integrity of the PCS function. From maintaining Employment Hero as the function’s system of record through to processing employee lifecycle transactions, producing workforce reporting, and administering a range of people programs, you will play a central role in ensuring the PCS function runs with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Employment Hero as the PCS function’s system of record, ensuring data accuracy, system administration, and audit-ready standards at all times.
- Process all employee lifecycle transactions including new starters, employment changes, probation administration, and offboarding.
- Produce regular and ad hoc workforce, compliance, and payroll reports for the PCS team and associated business functions.
- Manage the administration of Eureka’s Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year recognition programs.
- Coordinate training administration for frontline teams, including scheduling, enrolment, and completion tracking in Employment Hero.
- Manage the end-to-end uniform program and maintain the register of employee certifications and licences across all business units.
- Manage the PCS functional inbox and provide scheduling, document, and administrative support across the team.
- Maintain PCS document libraries, templates, and policy documents, ensuring version control and alignment with current legislation and organisational practice.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a People & Culture, HR administration, or people operations role, with strong exposure to employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in Employment Hero or a comparable HRIS, with the ability to maintain data integrity, produce reports, and administer system workflows.
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail, with an understanding of the downstream impact of errors in employment data.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workstream and competing priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to employee queries accurately and draft correspondence to a high standard.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and professional judgement.
- Self-directed and proactive, with a track record of taking ownership and following through.
- Working knowledge of Fair Work obligations and employment administration best practice (desirable).
