At Eureka Group Holdings, we build communities where people feel at home. As one of Australia’s leading providers of independent living communities, we’re committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping people find a place where they truly belong.

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Enquiries Officer to join our Leasing team. This is a varied role where you’ll guide prospective residents through their enquiry journey, coordinate tours and move-ins, maintain accurate leasing records, and work closely with Village Managers across our national portfolio.

About the Role

As an Enquiries Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our leasing process from initial enquiry through to resident move-in. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective residents, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and supportive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries from prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
  • Coordinate village tours and move-ins across Eureka’s communities.
  • Conduct resident suitability interviews to ensure the right community fit.
  • Build strong relationships with Village Managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate occupancy, leasing, and CRM records.
  • Prepare occupancy reports and provide regular leasing updates.
  • Draft professional resident correspondence and assist with general administration.
  • Support community networking activities and promotional events when required.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves staying organised, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

You’ll also bring:

  • Previous experience in leasing, real estate, property management, customer service, or a coordination role.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM or property management systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience within seniors living, retirement living, or the property sector will be highly regarded.

Why Join Eureka?

At Eureka, our values guide everything we do:

  • We Put People First
  • We Embrace the Challenge
  • We Commit and Follow-Up
  • We Act with Purpose
  • We Build Belonging

You’ll join a supportive national team where your work directly impacts people’s lives by helping them find a welcoming community to call home.

If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: Applicants must have unrestricted Australian working rights to be considered for this opportunity.
