About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Salisbury, on a casual basis. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a community, ensuring smooth governance, services, and a high quality of life for residents.

• Provide day-to-day support to residents, ensuring their well-being, safety, and comfort.

• Assist with daily living activities, including meals, social activities, and outings.

• Encourage independence while offering compassionate and practical assistance.

• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community environment.

About You

• Must be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

• Experience in aged care, community support, or a similar role (Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent desirable).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.

• Empathetic, patient, and respectful in supporting residents’ individual needs.

• Reliable, flexible, and committed to maintaining a safe and caring environment.

• Holds NDIS clearance.
