The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and efficient Sales Support Coordinator reporting to our Sales Leader.

The Sales Support role supports the Sales team across B2B, key retail partners, and international distributors by managing day-to-day sales operations, customer communications, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role is designed to free up senior sales leaders to focus on strategic account management, growth initiatives, and partner relationships—while ensuring operational excellence across ordering, forecasting, and customer support.

Key responsibilities in the position will include:

    Sales Operations & Admin

  • Support processing of sales orders, credits, samples, and customer requests
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts
  • Assist with SKU setup, pricing updates, and product launches
  • Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing
  • Account Support

  • Act as first point of contact for selected B2B customers and distributors
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts (documentation, pricing, systems setup)
  • Support preparation of range reviews, planograms, line sheets, and presentations
  • Track promotions, exclusives, and key retailer requirements
  • Sales Operation Support

  • Support sell-in / sell-through tracking
  • Flag risks and opportunities to senior sales leaders
  • Problem solve day to day issues
  • Coordinate B2B ordering system
  • Inventory & Supply Coordination Support

  • Monitor stock levels and availability
  • Coordinate with operations/supply chain to manage demand planning
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
  • Identify potential stock shortages or overstock risks
  • Assist with allocation of stock for priority customers
  • Distributor & International Support

  • Assist with distributor communications and documentation
  • Support pricing, MOQ queries, and order coordination
  • Help prepare market toolkits and sales materials

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial admin
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Brandscope and Asana or similar desirable
