What you will do:
- Owning and growing a portfolio of builders, civil contractors, and disposal facilities.
- Actively prospecting for new clients and projects across Queensland.
- Quoting, negotiating, and closing deals that deliver value to clients and profitability to EPH.
- Tracking projects and identifying opportunities to position EPH as the preferred supplier.
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
What you bring:
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in civil construction, plant hire or related industries.
- A hunter’s mindset; you’re proactive, persistent and thrive on the chase.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction Safety Card (White/Red Card).
- A reputation for being independent, reliable and results-focused.
