About the Opportunity
As Entag continues to grow and evolve our Managed Services capability, we are seeking expressions of interest from internal team members interested in progressing into a L2 Support Engineer role.
This role is an excellent opportunity for team members looking to take the next step in their technical career by expanding their troubleshooting capability, increasing customer engagement responsibilities, and supporting more complex infrastructure, cloud and security environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the ICT Managed Services leadership team and broader teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers while continuing to develop their technical expertise.
What you will do (but not limited to)
- Provide second-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the L1 support team to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
