As our HR Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate and support key HR programs, including compliance training and learning & development initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end HR administrative support, including recruitment and onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and HR documentation.
- Contribute to and support the delivery of P&C projects and initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Support cross-functional collaboration, including assistance to broader office operations as needed.
- Champion a safe and compliant work environment, aligned with company WHS policies and a Zero Harm culture.

Foster strong cross-functional relationships across the broader Energy Bay community to promote the exchange of ideas, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices.
You will be successful in the role if you possess:
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR processes.
- Experience in an administrative or HR coordination role (HR or L&D exposure highly regarded).
- Strong organisational skills miliar with HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong ethics, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
- Passion for contributing to culture, capability uplift, and business performance.
