The role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Product Manager – Gynaecology to lead our national Gynaecology portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity to combine product management, clinical expertise and commercial strategy while working with innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes. You will become the national clinical and product authority across a portfolio that includes Gynecare TVT, HyaRegen and Cavaterm, partnering closely with our national sales team, key opinion leaders, proctors and professional societies to drive product adoption and market growth.
Working alongside the Business Unit Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, support Product Specialists nationally and contribute valuable clinical and market insights that shape our commercial direction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the national product and clinical expert across the Gynaecology portfolio.
- Partner with Product Specialists and Regional Sales Managers to drive product adoption and support sales growth across Australia.
- Co-sell and provide hands-on clinical support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, proctors, clinicians and relevant professional societies.
- Deliver product education, clinical training and ongoing capability development for the national sales team.
- Analyse sales performance, clinical evidence and market trends to inform product strategy and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, campaigns, educational initiatives and clinical resources.
- Support clinical research, product evaluations and evidence-based adoption of key technologies.
- Travel nationally to provide customer support, training and attend workshops, conferences and educational events.
About you
- Proven success in medical device within Women’s Health, Gynaecology or a related specialty.
- Strong clinical knowledge with the confidence to engage surgeons, specialists and healthcare professionals as a trusted advisor.
- Strong knowledge of the TVT market and the ability to successfully commercialise and strategically grow scientifically complex product portfolios.
- Deep clinical and product expertise within Gynaecology, ideally including experience with pelvic floor, adhesion prevention, endometrial ablation or related therapeutic areas.
- Experience building relationships with key opinion leaders and supporting clinical education initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data and market trends to influence commercial strategy.
- Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are preferred.
- Willingness to travel interstate regularly with occasional international travel.
