The role
Endotherapeutics is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of a large national events program across multiple business units. With close to 100 events delivered annually, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, logistics, relationship management and bringing complex events to life.
Working closely with Marketing Managers, Sales teams and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring our events are delivered seamlessly and to the highest professional standard.
This is a full-time position based in our Macquarie Park office.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a high-volume national events program across multiple business units
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Plan and execute conferences, workshops, educational programs, webinars, customer events and internal events
- Coordinate all event logistics including venue bookings, exhibitor requirements, freight, accommodation, travel, catering and promotional materials
- Liaise with conference organisers, suppliers, vendors and healthcare stakeholders
- Manage exhibition stand bookings, sponsorship deliverables and event contracts
- Coordinate event collateral, inventory, storage and freight logistics
- Support pre-event, onsite and post-event activities
- Maintain the company-wide events calendar
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Sales teams to ensure successful event outcomes
- Track event performance, attendance, lead generation and ROI metrics
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating events, conferences, exhibitions or corporate events
- Proven experience managing multiple events concurrently
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience coordinating complex logistics and event operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a wider team
- Experience using CRM, event management or marketing platforms is highly regarded
