As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our Brisbane team and help deliver high-profile projects across Brisbane.

Your Role:

This role would suit someone with experience in fire protection, mechanical services, building services or construction who is looking to further develop their project management career.

You will support the planning, coordination and delivery of dry and wet fire protection projects, working closely with senior team members, site teams, subcontractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting project delivery from commencement through to completion
  • Assisting with project programming, cost tracking and cost-to-complete reporting
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, procurement and project documentation
  • Supporting compliance with safety, quality and project requirements
  • Communicating with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with variations, progress claims and project administration
  • Helping identify and resolve project issues in a timely and practical manner

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into greater project management responsibility over time.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fire protection, mechanical services, building services or construction
  • Exposure to dry and/or wet fire systems would be highly regarded
  • Previous experience supporting or managing projects
  • Trade background or relevant technical qualification highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage costs, priorities and project deadlines
  • Commitment to safety, quality and compliance
  • Valid Australian working rights
