Sales & Client Care Consultant

At En Gold, we create timeless furniture and objects designed to live with you for a lifetime. We are looking for a warm, confident and highly organised Sales & Client Care Consultant to join our team in a hybrid role that combines showroom sales with exceptional client support.

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, including every Saturday, based from our Armadale gallery.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating a premium client experience from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in the showroom and guiding them through product selections
• Following up leads, quotes and draft orders
• Managing phone, email and online client enquiries
• Providing updates regarding orders, stock availability and deliveries
• Working closely with our logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth client outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records within our systems
• Supporting the overall presentation and day-to-day operations of the gallery

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Solutions-focused with a calm and positive approach
• A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Passionate about interiors, furniture or design (preferred but not essential)

Experience

Previous experience in:

• Retail sales
• Client care/customer service
• Furniture, interiors or design industries
• will be highly regarded.
• Experience using systems such as Shopify, Gorgias or similar CRM/customer service platforms is advantageous.
