Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our human resources department in various administrative tasks. This part-time role is essential for maintaining efficient HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. The HR Assistant will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and screening applications.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Support the HR team in organising training sessions and employee development programmes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support the implementation of HR projects.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
