About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Digital, you’ll blend hands on campaign execution with CRM and lifecycle marketing, content creation, social media and digital performance optimisation. Working closely with our Campaigns team, you’ll bring national and tactical promotions to life across our martech platforms.
No two days will look the same, but you can expect to:
- Execute national promotions and tactical campaigns across web, app, eDM, push and paid digital media.
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing through our loyalty program, driving acquisition, retention, reactivation and engagement.
- Build and optimise customer journeys, automated campaigns, segmentation and personalised comms within our marketing automation platform.
- Create engaging content for our owned channels, including website, email, social and loyalty communications.
- Manage organic and paid social campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta and TikTok.
- Improve website performance through SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Partner with our media agency to deliver programmatic advertising and paid digital media.
- Report on performance across paid and owned activity, meeting KPIs and delivering insights that sharpen our approach.
About you
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role.
- Demonstrated experience with loyalty programs and loyalty marketing.
- Hands on experience with email marketing and CMS platforms. Experience with Braze is highly desirable.
- A knack for juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with a track record of working across cross functional teams and managing agency and partner relationships.
- Solid knowledge of marketing technology platforms and the latest digital trends.
Experience with Shopify, social content creation, Facebook and Google Ads, or the food, retail or franchise sectors is a bonus, but not essential. A relevant tertiary qualification is also well regarded.
