We are seeking a versatile Design Lead to join our Marketing team on a 6 month maximum-term contract commencing mid-July, with potential to extend. This role supports a key period for the business, including a major upcoming menu rollout and a range of brand and campaign activity.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who can balance high volume production work with campaign creative, and who takes pride in getting the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture.

What is the role?
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll deliver high-quality design across campaigns, menus, and day-to-day business needs ensuring everything is on brand, accurate, and delivered on time.
You’ll contribute to campaign creative and execution across digital, in-store, and paid channels, working closely with marketing, digital and product teams. A key focus will be the end-to-end design of menu rollouts, managing multiple formats and ensuring consistency and print-ready execution.
Alongside campaign work, you’ll support broader studio output including Local Store Marketing, product launches, packaging and operational assets managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also work closely with the Graphic Designer, providing day-to-day collaboration and light oversight of output, while contributing to a practical, solutions-focused team.
Who are we looking for?
You’re a practical, experienced designer who can step into a busy environment and add value from day one. You’re comfortable moving between detailed production work and campaign creative, and take pride in delivering work that is both visually strong and technically accurate. With strong attention to detail and time management, you’re able to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality, while working collaboratively and providing confident input when needed.
You will also bring:
- 6–8+ years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- A strong portfolio across brand, campaign, and production work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (print and digital)
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-site brands (highly regarded)
