Three Stories is growing, and we’re looking for passionate people to be part of it. 

If you’re a passionate Barista or a confident Café All Rounder looking for your next opportunity, this could be the perfect fit. 

At Three Stories, we’re all about great coffee, quality food and genuine hospitality, all within a Monday to Friday rhythm. You’ll play a key role in shaping the atmosphere, the experience and the little moments that define a great café. 

Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm | No nights or weekends 

Who we are 

Located at the base of 88 Tribune Street, Three Stories is a local South Brisbane café known for great coffee, fresh food and a relaxed, welcoming feel. 

Founded by three industry professionals with a shared passion of coffee, we focus on doing the basics exceptionally well – from brewing and baking to creating a space people want to return to. 

What we’re after 

Experienced Baristas who:  

• Are confident on the coffee machine and deliver consistently high-quality espresso
• Understand grind adjustment, milk texturing and take pride in their latte art 
• Care about quality and enjoy engaging with customers
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar at all times

Café All-Rounders who:  

• Have strong front-of-house experience and confidence using POS 
• Can prepare and serve fresh, grab and go food with care 
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying organised and team-focused
• Bring strong communication skills and can engage with customers in a genuine, professional way

These roles require valid Australian working rights and availability across weekdays.
