About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as restaurant team members, back of house (BOH). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work alongside a great team, keep the energy high, and help create memorable experiences for our guests. No previous experience is required, with full training provided on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

Back of House (BOH):

• Preparing menu items such as burgers, rolls, salads and fried products
• Cooking freezer-to-fryer items in line with safety and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and prep areas
• Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipment
• Following WHS requirements and reporting hazards or incidents
• Welcoming guests and delivering friendly, efficient service
• Supporting service flow during busy periods
