Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee and manage our client accounts across all industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of account managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
