The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our product portfolio across managed services and technology solutions.
This is a commercially focused role where you’ll help define what we sell, how it’s packaged, priced, and delivered, ensuring consistency, scalability, and strong margins across the business.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, and vendors to align product strategy with market demand and operational capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and evolve the product portfolio across managed services, cloud, cyber, modern workplace and communications
- Help define product structure, inclusions, pricing, and positioning
- Maintain a clear and consistent product catalogue and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve margin, standardisation, and efficiency
- Work with vendors to align commercial terms and product offerings
- Contribute to new product development, launches, and improvements
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure products are easy to position and sell
- Analyse product performance and support data-driven decisions
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience in product management, portfolio management, or commercial roles within IT, MSP, or technology services
- Understand how technology services are packaged, delivered, and supported
- Bring strong commercial thinking, including pricing and margin awareness
- Are confident working across teams and influencing stakeholders
- Can translate technical concepts into clear, practical outcomes
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity
