About Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra)

About the Role:

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable educators with a qualification in early childhood education to join our casual pool.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
  • Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Provide assistance to other educators in the room
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
  • Maintain effective communication with parents
  • Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
