We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our friendly and high-performing team at our Lonsdale office.

What You Will Be Doing

As the voice of EC Carpets, you will play a key role in keeping our customers informed, supported, and satisfied. Day to day, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders and coordinate delivery updates
  • Resolve issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence

What We Are Looking For

We are after someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service (not just answering phones)!

You will thrive in this role, if you:

  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Prior customer service experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
  • Enjoy helping people and providing high-quality customer service

  • Are highly organised and enjoy solving problems
  • Can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
