With continued growth across Australia and the US, we’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to help drive customer acquisition, ecommerce growth and brand awareness across our digital channels.

About the Role

Reporting to the Creative Director and working alongside our growing Brand & Marketing team, you’ll take ownership of our digital performance strategy and execution across Australia and the US.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves combining data, creativity and commercial thinking to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms.
  • Drive customer acquisition, ecommerce growth and marketing performance through data-led decision making.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through audience insights, competitor analysis and channel testing.
  • Partner with our Creative Director and Brand Team to develop high-performing campaigns, content and creative assets.
  • Build reporting dashboards, analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Lead ongoing testing and optimisation across audiences, creative, landing pages and customer journeys.
  • Support product launches, promotions and marketing initiatives across the Easy Signs product range.

About You

  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or ecommerce marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, with exposure to other paid channels highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales, leads or customer acquisition growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using GA4 and other reporting platforms.
  • Ability to turn data into clear recommendations and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail, manufacturing or print industries will be highly regarded.
