At the Early Learning Hub, part of the ELO Group, we are seeking a full-time Educational Leader to drive quality, mentor educators, and elevate learning outcomes across our service. This is a permanent 38-hour-per-week opportunity for an ECT or Diploma-qualified educator who is ready to lead with impact.

About the role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving quality and supporting educator growth across the service.

You will:

Lead curriculum development and pedagogical practice

Mentor educators in the planning cycle and documentation

Support meaningful learning aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Drive quality improvement and reflective practice

Foster inclusive environments that respect each child’s identity

Partner with the Nominated Supervisor on strategy and service direction

What you bring

Diploma or Bachelor qualification (ACECQA-approved) in Early Childhood Education

Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

Child Protection training

Minimum 3 years’ experience in early learning, with demonstrated leadership capability

Strong mentoring and communication skills

A collaborative, reflective mindset with a genuine passion for quality
