About the role Early Learners Of (ELO) Group is seeking multiple talented Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team in Prairiewood.

As a full-time Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children’s curiosity and love of learning
  • Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we’re looking for

  • To work Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4pm (32.5 hours per week)
  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
  • Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
  • Working with Children Check clearance
