Duty Manager – Cross Keys Hotel

NEW GAMING ROOM

• Up to 25 – 30 hours available with the possibility for full-time in the future for the right candidate.
• Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with gaming room, bar, function, and bistro operations;
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
• Build strong relationships with all employees and customers; and
• Provide excellent service to patrons, working across the bar when required.

About you:

• RSA, Advanced Gaming qualifications essential;
• RP badge an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years gaming experience highly regarded;
• GFR PPRO experience highly regarded;
• Confident, friendly, and can work independently and as a part of a team;
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, weekend and late night availability a must; and
• Team player focused on driving great team culture.

Located 20 minutes north of the CBD, this household name in the northern suburbs was established in 1849 and has endless stories and rich history. The hotel serves up great pub meals in the bistro, a wide range of drinks at the sports bar, has a drive through Thirsty Camel bottle shop, and a fleet of machines in the gaming room.
