Tax Accountants – Graduate & Intermediate level

Dry Kirkness | West Perth | Full-time

These are exciting career and growth opportunities within our professional practice

We are seeking at least two motivated and detail-oriented Accountants to join our dynamic team in West Perth. We are are looking for Intermediate Accountants with around 2-4 years experience in an Australian Public Practice and Graduates (recent or about to graduate with no experience necessary).

These roles will play a crucial role in supporting our outstanding team of experienced Tax and Business Advisory Accountants and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Our team is supported by outstanding administrators so our Accountants can focus on their client work.

You’ll work closely with experienced Seniors, Managers and Partners dedicated to mentoring and training ambitious Accountants at the beginning of their career. You will gain exposure to a broad client base while developing your technical tax skills and business acumen. The focus is on progression and growth — moving from solid compliance delivery toward broader business advisory capability over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing tax returns across a broad variety of clients and industries
  • Developing your technical and professional skillset through training, feedback and mentoring
  • Building confidence in client communication
  • Supporting senior team members on business advisory work

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Willingness to work effectively in a professional and fun team environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, initiative and a professional approach
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn

Recent Graduates (or about to graduate)

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Commerce

Intermediate Accountants

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an Australian public accounting practice (tax or business advisory)
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Commerce
  • Commenced CA or CPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Solid technical foundations and attention to detail
