What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality outcomes for our customers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and professionalism across all workshop and office activities.
Workshop Responsibilities
- General drivetrain maintenance and repairs
- Differential, gearbox, and suspension repairs
- Following all workshop safety procedures and policies
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Office & Customer Service Responsibilities
- Sales support, quoting, invoicing, and workshop administration
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs
- Providing accurate information and exceptional service
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Experience in a mechanical workshop, ideally with drivetrain knowledge
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills
- Customer service experience, including sales and administrative tasks
