Driveline Services is looking for a driven, strategic and relationship‑focused Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in Brisbane, this full‑time role is all about uncovering new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and driving sales growth across our specialist driveshaft and powertrain product range. Your territory will span regional NSW and QLD, giving you the chance to build meaningful connections across key industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities within your territory
  • Develop and execute smart, effective sales strategies that deliver results
  • Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support when needed
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and regional Branch Managers to deliver growth initiatives
  • Track, forecast and report on sales activity and pipeline performance
  • Complete all sales administration and compliance requirements accurately and on time

What You Bring

  • A proven background in business development or sales—experience in automotive, mining or mobile equipment is a strong advantage
  • Confident communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • A proactive, target‑driven mindset with a history of achieving sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout regional QLD and NSW
