ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our Parts/Procurement team you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement and receiving of automotive parts, stock control, processing of invoices and credits. Positions are available at Pinkenba & Eagle Farm locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ordering/receiving automotive parts, sublets and consumables for the site
- Assist in receipt and storage of parts
- Monitor vehicle arrivals/cancellations and credit parts as required
- Follow up supplier for parts credits
- Enter parts invoices accurately into parts management system
- Follow workplace safety procedures and industry best practices
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry (ideal)
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service within a busy workshop environment
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Competent in computer and systems management skills
- Full driving license and appropriate Australian working rights
