ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our Parts/Procurement team you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement and receiving of automotive parts, stock control, processing of invoices and credits. Positions are available at Pinkenba & Eagle Farm locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ordering/receiving automotive parts, sublets and consumables for the site
  • Assist in receipt and storage of parts
  • Monitor vehicle arrivals/cancellations and credit parts as required
  • Follow up supplier for parts credits
  • Enter parts invoices accurately into parts management system
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and industry best practices

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry (ideal)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service within a busy workshop environment
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Competent in computer and systems management skills
  • Full driving license and appropriate Australian working rights
