About the Opportunity
We are seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition Partner to support Drive Group Corporation’s high-growth hiring strategy in a highly competitive market. Beyond delivering recruitment outcomes, you will play a key role in shaping and optimising our recruitment processes within a modern, tech-enabled environment. You will own end-to-end hiring and work closely with Business Managers and Executives to attract and secure top talent, while continuously improving hiring quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, aligning
recruitment strategies with business objectives and developing compelling job briefs.
- Manage the company’s HRIS including maintaining and optimising career pages across social platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
- Review and develop job advertisements across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reporting and insights.
- Deliver end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across multiple roles and functions for both technical and trade.
- Assist ad hoc projects including enhancements to our attraction, retention and engagement recruitment programs, employee branding and other HR activities.

ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment at pace without compromising quality.
- 3+ years recruitment experience – in house high volume.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing, including social media platform and selection methods.
- Ability to always exercise discretion and confidentiality.
