ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our team, you will be responsible for vehicle triage and estimating support at our Pinkenba site. Ensuring an efficient flow of vehicles, following estimating process and allocating vehicles into bays is fundamental to the smooth running of site operations. You will be communicating with a range of internal team members as well as customers and insurance companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist estimators by coordinating movement of vehicles in and out of estimating bays
- Triage all incoming vehicles including taking high-quality images of vehicles to support quote and claim process
- Liaise with towing companies to arrange pick up of non-drivable or total loss vehicles
- Assist with the dis-assembly of vehicles as required, ensuring parts are labelled and stored appropriately
- Locate vehicles for inspections, quotes or customer viewings.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and industry best practices
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry (ideal)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with insurers, customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve service outcomes
- Current full driving license
- Competent in computer and systems management skills
