Due to continued growth, Drive Group Australia are currently seeking a Full time Customer Experience Officer to support the team in Truganina. In this role, you will be responsible for completing front-of-house administrative duties and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner in person and over the phone
- ·Provide clear and timely updates throughout the repair journey via phone, SMS or email.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiently
- Book and confirm vehicle drop off and pick up times and assessments
- ·Collaborate with production, parts and estimating teams to minimise delays
- Support the site team with ad hoc admin duties, ordering kitchen supplies etc.
ABOUT YOU
- ·Previous experience in a customer service role
- Professional communication and presentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a busy environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
