ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, Drive Group Australia are currently seeking a Full time Customer Experience Officer to support the team in Truganina. In this role, you will be responsible for completing front-of-house administrative duties and providing our customers with exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner in person and over the phone
  • ·Provide clear and timely updates throughout the repair journey via phone, SMS or email.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback with empathy and efficiently
  • Book and confirm vehicle drop off and pick up times and assessments
  • ·Collaborate with production, parts and estimating teams to minimise delays
  • Support the site team with ad hoc admin duties, ordering kitchen supplies etc.

ABOUT YOU

  • ·Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Professional communication and presentation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a busy environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
