Stock Controller | Full-Time
If you’re highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in structured, process-driven work – this role is built for you. You’ll play a key part in keeping our pharmacy running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in pharmacy systems
- Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage replenishment orders to ensure timely availability of products
- Coordinate with internal teams to support demand and minimise stock issues
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and transactions
Skills & Qualifications:
- Stock control, retail management or pharmacy experience essential
- Certificate II, III, or IV in Community Pharmacy preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Confident using systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively
Pharmacy Assistant – Front of Shop | Part-Time | Immediate start available
A great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-presented retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
- Support stock handling including shelving and replenishment
- Complete ticketing, merchandising, and store presentation tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming shop environment
- Support the wider team in day-to-day store operations
About you:
- Friendly, customer-focused and approachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- High attention to detail and well organised
- Reliable team player
- Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience preferred but not essential
