Roster:
- Full time 38 hours per week
- 5-day rotating roster
- Alternating Saturday shift
- Closed Sundays

About the role:
As Pharmacist in Charge, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of a well-established community pharmacy, supported by the Douglas Chemists Group.
- Approx. 200–250 scripts per day
- Dispensing via FRED system
- Clinical services including vaccinations, medicinal cannabis, Opioid Substitution Program (OAT), and Dose Administration Aids (DAAs)
- Lead daily clinical workflow and team coordination
- Provide clinical oversight and patient care within a community pharmacy setting
- Maintain relationships with local prescribers and healthcare providers
What we’re looking for:
This role is ideal for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge or a confident pharmacist ready to step into a leadership position and make a real impact in a regional community.
- Readiness to step into a leadership role or experience as a Pharmacist in Charge
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current AHPRA General Registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a registered pharmacist
- Patient-focused approach to clinical care
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with FRED dispensing software (advantageous)
