We’ve got a passionate team of Lending Consultants and Associates who are experts in their
field. They’re backed by fantastic Lending Support team members, and now we’re looking for someone new to join the team. You’ll be right at the heart of it all, working closely with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing loan applications from submission through to settlement and post-settlement
activities
- Conducting credit analysis and assessing client financial information to support positive lending outcomes
- Preparing and reviewing loan documentation to ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, valuers and other stakeholders to keep applications progressing smoothly
- Providing proactive updates and exceptional service throughout the client journey
- Supporting Lending Consultants by identifying potential issues early and taking ownership of loan files
- Maintaining accurate client records and contributing to continuous improvement across lending processes

You will be successful because you:
- Have experience in a lending, mortgage broking or banking environment
- Have a strong understanding of the end-to-end loan process
- Can confidently assess client income, borrowing capacity and loan structures
- Have experience with lending platforms and CRM systems (Broker Engine experience highly regarded!)
- Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Enjoy solving problems and proactively managing multiple loan applications at once
- Are tech savvy and know your way around the Microsoft Suite
